In the current legislative session, WFA will be working on a number of issues, including no-fault divorce reform, full legal protection for unborn children, advocating for the right of parents to make important decisions concerning their chidlren, strengthening marriage and family in public policy, and ensuring children are safe from internet predators.

Wisconsin Family Action files complaint against Supreme Court Justice Louis Butler. Alleges the justice's actions have rendered incapable of fair and impartial decisions in cases involving "gay rights" and marriage.

Wisconsin Family Action, Inc. (WFA), is the lobbying arm of Wisconsin Family Council , Inc.

WFA does both direct (to elected officials) and grassroots lobbying.  The issues we are concerned with and focus on are those that will either strengthen or weaken Wisconsin's most valuable natural resource—her families headed by one-man/one-woman marriages.

WFA, while a statewide organization, maintains a presence in Madison so that personnel can be at the state capitol as needed.
